The Team

We are a team of experienced, trauma-informed therapists from the disciplins of psychology, social worker and psychiatry who work with adults.

The Studio

Evergreen Studio has been designed and fitted out with calm, comfort and the well-being of both practitioners and clients front of mind. See photos of Evergreen Studio. 

The Studio is discreetly located at the rear of a residential property and is completely separate, with its own entrance. A smart lock entrance provides code access for practitioners and clients, as well as the security of a locked premises while you work.

The entrance takes you directly into the waiting room & kitchenette, with various seating options including outward looking on the bar stool, the comfy and contained tub chair and also a bench seat for an easy perch. The overhead fan not only provides a lovely breeze in summer, it assists with noise buffering. There is also a SONOS speaker for both atmosphere and sound buffering.

There is a kitchenette where anyone is welcome to make themselves a cuppa or have a chilled glass of water while waiting.  There is a small fridge and microwave for clinicians to use. Behind the kitchenette is a modern bathroom. There are many interesting lighting options throughout including dimmers on the downlights.

Evergreen Studio does not provide reception services, EFTPOS or printing facilities.


The Rooms

Both rooms have commercial grade WiFi points in the ceiling and Ethernet points, a desk, a courtyard, their own split-system for heating and cooling contol and an air purifier. Fair use of the Evergreen fax service is included.

The Maple Room has a sense of space and light with a courtyard looking out to a Japanese Maple as well as other greenery. There is a two-seater charcoal sofa and a mid-century consulting chair. The sliding door has a fly screen, making ventilation between clients….. a breeze. Sheer curtains for when you need to dial down all of that natural light, and a desk nook with an ergonomic Herman Miller Mirra chair.

The Jacaranda Room has natural light entering from three sides, including sliding doors to a small courtyard, providing green views. It also has desk  with an ergonomic Herman Miller Mirra desk chair and a plush velvet swivel consulting chair and a 2 seater sofa.

Working at Evergreen
We have created a peaceful environment that's calm and clean when you walk in, and a place your clients will love coming to. We offer full day contract rentals Monday to Friday, and the option of half days on Fridays and Saturdays. Full days mean that you are not waiting to get into your room or rushing to get out. It’s yours for the day, keep the hours that work best for you.  Annual contracts come with pro-rata four weeks rent free, and you won't be paying rent when your day/s fall on public holidays if you don't work, because we know it’s tough taking holidays when there is no income.  Second year contracts increase to 5 weeks equivalent leave. Opportunity for additional casual rental subject to availability.  You will also have your own lockable drawer available to keep items on site. Your Clients
The space is set up for working with adult individuals who are low risk and may benefit from a calm environment.
We are unable to accommodate working with children, couples or clients with known behaviours which may be experienced as intrusive by others.

About You
We are looking to grow the team with experienced therapists who work with adult individuals and are considerate, reliable and ethical. You will hold full indemnity and liability insurance, and have been a registered member of your professional association and/or AHPRA for at least five years, and willing to provide referee contact details.

Rates
Daily rate $130 + GST
Half day $80 + GST
