Business Hours Consultation
$250 – Standard Consultation - 60 minutes
$330 – Extended / EMDR Session - 90 minutes

After Hours Consultation (from 5pm or before 9am)
$265 – 60 minutes
$345 – Extended / EMDR - 90 minutes

Australian Association of Psychologists Recommended Fee 2025-26:

$330 Standard consultation 40-60 mins

Medicare rebate
$149.05 as of 1/7/26 with a current referral and mental healthcare plan from your GP or psychiatrist, up to 10 session rebates per calendar year

Privately funded sessions
You do not need a referral if you are paying privately. If you have ‘extras’ health insurance cover, you may be able to claim for a private consultation. Check your eligibility with your fund.

Margie is a provider for the Victorian Victims of Financial Assistance Scheme, providing no gap funded sessions.

NSW Victims Support
Margie holds two places for this funding and no current availability to receive NSW VS referrals.

My approach is warm, humanistic and trauma informed. I use evidence based therapies and neurobiology, to assist you in working toward being comfortable in your skin. I seek to tailor therapy to your goals and from where you are.

I enjoy working with a diverse range of adults (25+) and elders of all nationalities, abilities, sexuality and gender identities, I take a size inclusive approach, and enjoy working with ADHDers.

Intrusive and distressing memories
Physical and emotional abuse including sexual assault
Negative self-view / self-critical
Adjustment and transitions
Emotion regulation
Fear of strong emotions, emotions feeling unsafe
